In 2009 women were beginning to cut off all of their hair…well atleast most of their hair. Was this movement a way to show female empowerment or simply something that females began doing because they needed attention? This hair style is not meant for everyone. Below are two pictures of ladies rocking their new cuts…in my opinon one is working the new hairstyle better than the other.
