Meet Sam Childers, former biker gang member, pusher, and shotgunner for big time dealers. Quite a background, but that’s nothing compared to his foreground of Sudanese orphanage builder, and child slave rescuer. In short, he is the Machine Gun Preacher.

 
Sam is definitely a walking contradiction of catastrophic porportion but who are you to judge him? His life has gone from one extreme to the other, and that’s truly a testament to the fact that we are in complete control of our lives. Your environment is a factor, but Sam Childers shows that it’s not the deciding factor, YOU are.

    Sam Childers is a very unique person.  If we could find something and commit to it halfway like he has committed to these kids…we would all be better for it.  The movie is well worth  a watch by the way.
